Based in Miami and Orlando, FL, Izzi Guzman is a brass performer, composer, arranger, and educator with a mission to share joy, fun, and authenticity through her musical stories. She has performed with the John Daversa Progressive Big Band, Frost Jazz Orchestra, Dick Lowenthal Big Band, Florida Wind Symphony Jazz Orchestra, Frost Trombone Choir, and various other professional and collegiate groups. Artists Izzi has performed with include John Daversa, Andrea Calderwood, Brian Lynch, Jazzmeia Horn, Etienne Charles, and Dante Luciani, among others

She is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and currently attends the University of Miami, pursuing a B.M. in Music Education and an M.M. in Jazz Pedagogy under an accelerated 5-year degree plan.
